Established: 1986 Clientele: Serve military families primarily Are user fees charged? Yes. Some programs have a minimal fee to enable them to run the programs. All charges are nominal. Most workshops/services are free Any eligibility requirements? Priority is given to military families. If openings are available, will open the program to civilians.
